STOREKEEPER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience, ideally in the automotive industry
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in relevant fields or similar
- Experience in inventory management and stock control is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to generate accurate reports and maintain records
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming spare parts and materials, checking for accuracy and damage
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and issuance of special tools to technicians
- Update and maintain inventory management systems
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of all inventory items
- Support workshop and production teams by ensuring timely availability of required parts and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area
Requirements:
- Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
- Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
