STORE KEEPER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Familiar with receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials and supplies.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports.
- Skilled in using inventory systems, warehouse documentation, and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse materials and equipment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse or logistics team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Organize and store items properly according to company procedures and inventory systems.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and consumables.
- Issue materials and equipment to authorized personnel and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, stock counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of storage and warehouse areas.
- Identify damaged, expired, or missing items and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper handling and storage standards for all materials and supplies.

- E‑Registration Printout (DMW eReg) – A printed copy of your DMW online profile/E‑Registration; a key document used to verify your information with job orders.
