Stl/Str Material Controller

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in material control, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Experience handling structural/steel materials is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control incoming and outgoing structural/steel (STL/STR) materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material inventory, issuance, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Verify material quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare material reports, including usage, stock status, and forecasting requirements.
• Support project teams in planning and material allocation based on construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
