Prince Sultan Cardiac Center is seeking experienced and dedicated Staff Nurses I & II to join our specialized cardiac care team in Riyadh. The ideal candidates will have clinical experience in cardiac or critical care areas, strong nursing skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, specialized hospital environment.

STAFF NURSES I & II

Specialty Areas:

• ECMO Nurse with Cardiac Experience
• Adult/Pediatric Cardiology ICU
• Adult/Pediatric Surgical ICU
• Cardiac Theatre/Operating Room (OR)
• Cardiac Cath Lab

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Male or Female).
• Staff Nurse I (SN1): Minimum 5 years of experience as a staff nurse in cardiac areas.
• Staff Nurse II (SN2): Minimum 2 years of experience as a staff nurse in cardiac areas.
• If no cardiac experience, at least 3 years of experience in ICU, NICU, or PICU is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in cardiac and critical care areas.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to hospital protocols.
• Assist physicians and cardiac specialists during procedures and surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Follow hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
• Support and educate patients and families regarding cardiac care and recovery.

Employer Overview:

Prince Sultan Cardiac Center is a four-storey, five level building designed to accommodate 174 beds. It is a specialized and independent center to provide complete therapeutic and preventive cardiac medical services to all Saudi Armed Forces personnel and their defendants and other patients eligible for treatment.
