MRK is seeking an experienced Site Piping Engineer to manage and supervise piping works on industrial project sites. The role involves overseeing installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of piping systems while ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Site Piping Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in piping engineering, preferably on industrial projects; ARAMCO experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API).
  • Proficiency in piping design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, CAESAR II, PDMS).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and site management skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate piping installation activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Review piping drawings, isometrics, material take-offs, and fabrication drawings.
  • Perform site inspections, quality checks, and ensure proper documentation of piping activities.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure proper testing and commissioning of piping systems, including hydrostatic and pneumatic tests.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, deviations, and site reports.
  • Enforce safety standards and promote safe working practices on site.
