NIR Placement Center Inc. is urgently looking for experienced Shipyard Painters for deployment to Japan — one of the world’s top shipbuilding industries.

SHIPYARD PAINTER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants, 20 to 30 years old.
• Must be physically and mentally fit for shipyard work.
• No height requirement.
• Must be able to ride a bicycle for commuting within the shipyard area.
• Previous experience in shipyard or industrial painting is preferred.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Apply paints, coatings, and protective finishes to ships and ship components.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, or priming as required.
• Follow technical instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality paint finishes.
• Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling paints, chemicals, and related materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Follow all shipyard rules, procedures, and supervisor instructions.

• Updated Resume
• Passport (minimum of 4 years validity)
• PSA Birth Certificate (If late registered, prow supporting documents like original baptism certificate and Form 137)
• PSA Marriage Certificate (if Married)
• Diploma or TOR
• NBI Clearance
• COE (Certificate of Employment)
• E-Registration & PEOS
• 1 Passport Size Photo
• Pag-ibig Number
