KBR Arabia Ltd. Co. is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor (Mechanical) to oversee mechanical maintenance operations during assigned shifts in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical equipment in industrial facilities.

Shift Supervisor (Mech)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting practices.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating shift operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and engineering documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities during assigned shifts.
• Lead maintenance teams in performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify mechanical issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Assign work schedules, monitor job progress, and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Review maintenance reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry maintenance standards.
• Support troubleshooting, equipment inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to all HSE requirements.
