Gastronomica General Trading Company is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Waiter professionals to join its hospitality team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing efficient food and beverage service while maintaining high customer service standards.

Server/Waiter

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced and multicultural hospitality environments.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Experience working abroad is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Ensure tables are properly prepared and reset according to restaurant standards.
• Process bills and assist with payment transactions when required.
• Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
