Movement International Pre. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (ERP & AI Solutions) to lead and develop enterprise software solutions in the Fiji Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving ERP and business technology systems while providing technical leadership for enterprise software projects. Candidates with strong experience in ERP, CRM, finance, logistics, supply chain, and AI-related solutions are encouraged to apply.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (ERP & AI Solutions)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise software projects.
• Proven experience developing ERP, CRM, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and system integration.
• Experience with software architecture, databases, APIs, application development, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and best practices.
• Experience with AI solutions, automation, or intelligent business applications is an advantage.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions.
• Develop and enhance ERP, CRM, finance, logistics, and supply chain management systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Lead enterprise software projects and coordinate development activities with technical and business teams.
• Design software architecture, application structures, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Develop solutions that improve business processes, automation, data management, and operational efficiency.
• Explore and implement AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation where applicable.
• Integrate enterprise applications with third-party systems and business platforms.
• Review source code and ensure software development follows established coding and quality standards.
• Conduct software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues affecting enterprise applications.
• Develop technical documentation, system specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to software developers and other members of the technology team.
• Monitor system performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in system upgrades, technology improvements, and continuous development initiatives.
• Ensure software solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Perform other software engineering and technical leadership duties as assigned.
