Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join its project team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in monitoring project performance and analyzing Schedule Variance (SV) and Cost Variance (CV).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data manipulation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against established baselines.
• Calculate and evaluate Schedule Variance (SV) and Cost Variance (CV) to identify project performance trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate progress tracking and timely reporting.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions to minimize project delays.
• Perform complex data analysis and generate meaningful insights for project decision-making.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for project performance monitoring.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data formatting, for reporting and analysis.
• Support project planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and project controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 18,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
