Nabco Furniture Centre is seeking vigilant, disciplined, and dependable Security Guards to join its team in Qatar. The successful candidates will be responsible for protecting company premises, employees, customers, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment. They will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, respond to security incidents, and ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.

SECURITY GUARD

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role.
• Previous GCC, particularly Qatar, security experience is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
• Good observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
• Knowledge of security procedures, access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate incident reports.
• Must possess complete employment documents and be willing to comply with employer and DMW deployment requirements.
• Willing to work in Qatar under the employer’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure company premises, buildings, warehouses, and other assigned areas.
• Control access to the facility by verifying the identity of employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure continuous surveillance.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents, accidents, fire alarms, and other unusual situations.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and security documentation.
• Inspect gates, doors, windows, and perimeter fencing to ensure all entry and exit points are secure.
• Assist in enforcing company policies, safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.
• Coordinate with management, law enforcement, and emergency services when necessary.
• Provide professional assistance and directions to employees, customers, and visitors.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or suspicious behavior immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s standards of discipline and customer service at all times.
