Worldlink Cooperative Association is seeking dedicated and hardworking Scaffolders to join construction projects in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The successful candidates will assist in the assembly, installation, inspection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards and construction requirements.

SCAFFOLDER

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in the same field.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment dated not later than 2021, as required by the employer.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for employment.
• Willing to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to Japanese workplace standards.
• Able to work at heights and perform physically demanding construction tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and components before installation to ensure they are safe and suitable for use.
• Secure scaffolding with appropriate braces, platforms, guardrails, and safety equipment.
• Assist construction teams by providing safe and stable access to elevated work areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of scaffolding throughout the project.
• Load, unload, and organize scaffolding materials and equipment at the worksite.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and occupational safety standards.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
