HFC Undertaking Cooperative Association is seeking dedicated and hardworking Concrete Product Manufacturers (TITP) to join its manufacturing team in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The successful candidates will assist in the production of precast concrete products while maintaining quality standards, workplace safety, and efficient manufacturing operations.

CONCRETE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in the same field.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment dated not later than 2021, as required by the employer.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for employment.
• Willing to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to Japanese workplace standards.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and fabrication of precast concrete products according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare molds, place reinforcement materials, and pour concrete following established procedures.
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools used in concrete manufacturing.
• Remove finished concrete products from molds and inspect them for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow production instructions, workplace safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and production team members to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other related manufacturing duties as assigned.
