New Edition is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Lady (Department Store) to drive sales, assist customers with product selection, and deliver excellent customer service in the Maldives. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, achieving sales targets, and providing personalized recommendations. Candidates with strong experience in cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes are highly preferred.
Sales Lady (Department Store)
Qualifications:
- Female applicants preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Lady, Retail Sales Associate, or similar position.
- Experience selling cosmetics, skincare products, and perfumes is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales, interpersonal, and product presentation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
- Promote and recommend cosmetics, skincare products, perfumes, and other merchandise.
- Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, usage, and promotions.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and personalized customer service.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
- Monitor product availability and assist with stock replenishment.
- Help maintain proper arrangement and presentation of merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and special offers.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and other store activities as required.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
- Perform other duties related to retail sales as assigned.
