Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in rigging, preferably within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, lifting techniques, and safety standards.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise lifting crews and coordinate rigging operations on-site.
• Plan and execute heavy lifts, ensuring all activities adhere to safety protocols.
• Select and inspect appropriate rigging gear for each lift.
• Work closely with crane operators, engineers, and team members to ensure efficient and safe project completion.
• Lead and guide rigging crews to maintain operational standards and safety compliance.
