KBR Arabia Ltd. Co. is seeking an experienced CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) Supervisor to oversee condition monitoring and predictive maintenance activities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise CBM personnel, monitor the health of critical equipment, and implement maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in condition-based maintenance, predictive maintenance, or related mechanical maintenance fields.
- Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
- Strong knowledge of condition monitoring techniques, predictive maintenance programs, and equipment reliability practices.
- Experience in vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, or other condition monitoring technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze equipment performance data and recommend effective maintenance solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise condition-based maintenance (CBM) and predictive maintenance activities for rotating and static equipment.
- Lead the inspection, monitoring, and analysis of equipment condition using vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing, and other diagnostic techniques.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on equipment condition.
- Analyze equipment performance data and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize equipment downtime.
- Review CBM reports, maintenance records, and equipment history to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to maintenance personnel involved in CBM programs.
