Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rigging, preferably within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
- Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, lifting techniques, and safety standards.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise lifting crews and coordinate rigging operations on-site.
- Plan and execute heavy lifts, ensuring all activities adhere to safety protocols.
- Select and inspect appropriate rigging gear for each lift.
- Work closely with crane operators, engineers, and team members to ensure efficient and safe project completion.
- Lead and guide rigging crews to maintain operational standards and safety compliance.
