RETAIL MANAGER

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience
• Preferably with college/bachelor’s degree in related course
• Ensuring that Cashiers follow the necessary health and safety regulations

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that till points are clean and tidy and are stocked with the necessary supplies, such as shopping bags and till rolls
• Educating Cashiers on how to handle things like complaints, returns, exchanges, coupons and theft
• Checking returned items to ensure they meet the standards of a store’s policy on refunds and exchanges

Requirements:

• Updated Resume/CV
• Certificate of Employment
• Copy of Passport
