Rakaez Investment Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, disciplined, and able to lead a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience in restaurant operations, food preparation, and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Reliable, disciplined, and capable of working effectively within a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer interactions.
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and promote teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development.
• Support efficient workflow and smooth operation of the restaurant
