REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Qualifications:

  • Valid PRC Nursing License
  • Passed IELTS or OET
  • Must have passed the NCLEX-RN
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  • Willing to work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Facility
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree
  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities
  • Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams
  • Monitor patient progress and report significant changes
  • Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards
  • Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and health management
  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
