Atlantic Talent Inc. is seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in healthcare facilities in Guyana. The successful candidates will be responsible for assessing patients, administering treatments and medications, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
REGISTERED NURSE
Qualifications:
- Male or Female applicants.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hospital experience.
- Strong patient care, clinical assessment, and nursing skills.
- Ability to monitor patients and maintain accurate medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Compassionate, reliable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering quality healthcare.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform nursing duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and record patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous (IV) therapy as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and medical procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the employer.
