San Juan Regional Medical Center is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (Emergency Room) to provide critical and compassionate care to patients in an emergency department setting. The successful candidates will assess patients, deliver timely nursing interventions, manage emergency situations, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Registered Nurse (Emergency Room)

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse with valid professional credentials.
• Must have NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination) qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside nursing experience.
• Strong background in cardiac nursing specialty.
• Must be currently practicing in a hospital setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused.
• Physically and mentally fit to perform emergency nursing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed.
• Provide specialized care for patients with cardiac-related conditions and emergencies.
• Assist physicians and healthcare teams during emergency procedures and treatments.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment used in emergency and cardiac care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Follow hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the employer.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
