Insight Global Health, in partnership with The 21st Century Manpower, is inviting qualified nurses to pursue employment opportunities in the United States through the EB-3 visa sponsorship program. This opportunity is intended for nurses who have passed the NCLEX examination and have relevant bedside nursing experience in hospital settings. Successful candidates may be assigned to healthcare facilities in Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Kentucky, Washington, or New Jersey, depending on hospital requirements and placement availability.

USRN / US REGISTERED NURSE

Qualifications:

• Must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
• Must have bedside nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Newly assigned bedside nurses may be considered, subject to the employer’s experience and placement requirements.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Coronary Care Unit (CCU), or General Ward nursing is preferred.
• Nurses with experience in specialized areas such as the Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR), or Labor and Delivery (L&D) may also be considered.
• Must have experience working in a secondary or tertiary hospital.
• Must meet the applicable U.S. nursing licensure, credential evaluation, English proficiency, immigration, and employer requirements.
• Must be willing to complete the required documentation and immigration procedures for overseas employment.
• Good communication, clinical judgment, patient-care, and teamwork skills are expected.
