Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in time management.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and HR processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/interview tools.
  • HR or recruitment certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate assessment processes as required.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate databases and recruitment records using ATS or HR systems.
  • Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare job postings and ensure they are accurately published across relevant platforms.
  • Support onboarding processes for newly hired employees.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive recruitment information.
