QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Holder of a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Male applicants are preferred
- Strong experience in Quality Control and inspection activities
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO, GMP, and industry-specific requirements
- Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Construction projects is an advantage
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead quality teams and coordinate with multiple departments
- Familiarity with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct routine audits of production processes, raw materials, installations, and finished work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor quality control activities and ensure adherence to applicable regulations, procedures, and inspection requirements.
- Analyze inspection results and quality data to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish acceptable quality tolerances and prepare detailed reports for the Quality Control Manager.
- Investigate customer complaints, quality concerns, non-conformance reports, and process deviations.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Supervise quality inspectors and ensure inspections are performed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, construction, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Review inspection records, audit findings, test results, and quality documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, project requirements, and international quality standards.
