QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in a related field
- Male applicants are preferred
- Strong background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, industrial, or energy projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of inspection procedures, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), quality audits, and documentation control
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control (QC) policies, procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and monitor quality management systems to ensure consistent project quality standards.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate quality control inspectors, technicians, and support personnel.
- Oversee inspections of raw materials, equipment, in-process work, and completed installations to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review quality documentation, inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors regarding quality requirements.
- Ensure all construction and installation activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct internal audits and quality assessments to verify compliance and continuous improvement.
- Prepare quality reports and provide management with regular updates on project quality performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
