QC PIPING INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in construction, piping inspection, quality control, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Sound knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with construction, engineering, and quality control teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect piping installation, fabrication, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Check piping materials, fittings, joints, supports, and related components for proper installation and workmanship.
  • Review construction activities and identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities that may affect quality.
  • Verify dimensions, alignment, fit-up, and installation of piping systems according to project requirements.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and other quality personnel to resolve inspection findings and quality issues.
  • Review relevant inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation.
  • Monitor corrective actions and follow up on identified deficiencies until they are properly addressed.
  • Communicate inspection results and quality concerns clearly to supervisors and project personnel.
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills when evaluating construction work and resolving quality-related issues.
  • Perform other quality control and piping inspection duties as assigned by the project management team.
