QC E&I INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in QC inspection (E&I)
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials and instrumentation systems
• Familiarity with hazardous area classification in petrochemical plants
• Knowledge of international standards (NEC/NFPA 70, IEC, NACE, or equivalent)
• Experience in inspection of cathodic protection systems is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for electrical and instrumentation works
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems, panels, and instrumentation installations
• Verify compliance with IP (Ingress Protection) classification for panel enclosures
• Identify hazardous locations and ensure proper classification of electrical equipment
• Inspect cathodic protection systems and ensure compliance with corrosion standards
• Ensure adherence to applicable codes such as NEC/NFPA 70, IEC, and other international standards
• Prepare inspection reports and document findings
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues
