Al Mukita FZCO is seeking a qualified Purchasing Admin Assistant to support procurement operations, coordinate purchasing activities, maintain supplier and purchasing records, process purchase documentation, and ensure efficient administrative support for the purchasing department.
Purchasing Admin Assistant
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or a related purchasing and administrative role.
- Proficient in administrative, analytical, technical, or logistics-related functions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and order status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, invoices, and procurement transactions.
- Monitor inventory and assist in replenishment planning when required.
- Prepare purchasing reports, spreadsheets, and procurement summaries.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements and order updates.
- Assist in supplier database management and vendor documentation.
- Support procurement personnel in daily administrative and coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures and documentation standards.
