Property Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property maintenance or a similar role
• College graduate or completion of a 2-year vocational course
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Reliable and customer-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the property, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
• Plan and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate and supervise repair work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
