MRK is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Quality Supervisor to oversee quality control and assurance for all procured materials and equipment. The role involves ensuring that procurement activities meet company standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

Procurement Quality Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
• Proven experience in procurement quality supervision for industrial or construction projects; experience with ARAMCO projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, inspection techniques, and standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the quality of materials, equipment, and services procured for projects.
• Review supplier quality documents, certificates, and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of procured items as per company and client standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and HSE requirements.
• Support supplier evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring.
• Provide guidance and training to procurement and site teams on quality assurance procedures.
