TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Powdercoaters to perform powder coating operations on metal products in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying powder coatings, inspecting finished products, and ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards.
POWDERCOATER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Age requirement: 24–45 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in powder coating or industrial painting is an advantage.
- Ability to hang and prepare welded products for the powder coating process.
- Skilled in operating a hand-held powder coating pistol and related equipment.
- Knowledge of coating quality standards, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment while following safety procedures.
- Willing to work in the Czech Republic and comply with company policies and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal components and welded products for the powder coating process by cleaning, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
- Hang and position products correctly on the coating line to ensure proper application and curing.
- Operate hand-held powder coating pistols and related coating equipment to apply powder evenly and accurately.
- Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality to meet production and customer specifications.
- Perform visual inspections of coated products and carry out touch-ups when necessary.
- Maintain powder coating equipment, spray guns, and workstations in clean and good working condition.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality control procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coating materials and finished products.
- Observe workplace health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report equipment malfunctions, coating defects, or production issues to supervisors.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
