MEDICA FILTER spol. s r.o. is seeking qualified and hardworking Poultry Workers (Helpers) to work on poultry farms in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will assist with poultry feeding, watering, fattening, routine care, cleaning, vaccination support, and preparation of poultry before slaughter. The role requires physical fitness, responsibility, good hygiene practices, and willingness to perform hands-on farm work in a team environment.

POULTRY WORKER (HELPER)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants.
• 20–40 years old; older applicants may be considered if in good health and with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience working on poultry farms or similar agricultural production facilities.
• Experience in poultry feeding, fattening, animal care, or related farm production.
• Good English communication skills.
• Independent, responsible, diligent, and willing to work and learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent physical and health condition suitable for demanding farm work.
• Strong sense of order, cleanliness, and proper hygiene.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving passenger vehicles.
• Experience operating a tractor is an advantage.
• Experience operating a telescopic loader is an advantage.
• Experience with other farm machinery or equipment is a strong advantage.
• Ability to perform repetitive, manual, and physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to follow farm procedures, supervisor instructions, animal-care standards, and workplace safety rules.

Responsibilities:

• Feed poultry according to established farm schedules and feeding procedures.
• Provide clean and adequate drinking water to poultry.
• Assist with poultry fattening and daily husbandry activities.
• Perform routine care and monitoring of poultry.
• Observe poultry and report signs of illness, injury, or abnormal conditions to supervisors.
• Assist in preparing and handling poultry before slaughter.
• Perform stocking and preparation of poultry before slaughter according to farm procedures.
• Assist with poultry vaccination and other routine animal health activities.
• Clean poultry stations, housing areas, equipment, and work areas regularly.
• Operate a VAP pressure cleaner / pressure washer for cleaning poultry facilities and equipment.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and biosecurity standards within poultry areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and handling feed, poultry, supplies, and farm materials.
• Help maintain farm buildings, poultry houses, storage areas, and surrounding facilities.
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of farm equipment.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment when properly trained and authorized.
• Assist with tractor-related farm activities when required.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, sick poultry, and other farm concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow animal welfare, farm hygiene, biosecurity, health, and safety procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, work areas, and poultry facilities clean and orderly.
• Work efficiently with other poultry workers and farm personnel.
• Perform other poultry farming, cleaning, and general farm duties as assigned.
