Plumbing Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping installations, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
- Experience in supervising plumbers and apprentices in construction or industrial environments.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, technical specifications, and building plans.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and project timelines effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of working in construction or project environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, and supervise plumbers and apprentices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and productivity of plumbing personnel.
- Oversee plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure work is completed within budget and according to quality standards and project specifications.
- Inspect job sites and verify compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management teams regarding project progress and requirements.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure all plumbing systems pass required testing and inspections.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of tools, equipment, and work areas.
