PLUMBER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related experience as a Plumber.
• 40 years old and below.
• Experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewage, and piping systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, blueprints, and technical plans.
• Skilled in the installation and repair of pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
• Experience using plumbing tools, testing equipment, and power tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual and site-based work.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, pipelines, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and installation plans.
• Install and connect water supply, drainage, sewage, and waste disposal systems.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other defects.
• Troubleshoot and repair damaged pipes, valves, pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
• Perform pressure testing and system checks to ensure proper operation.
• Install and maintain sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and related equipment.
• Replace worn or defective plumbing components as required.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, and completed work.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure efficient project completion.
