Job Location: Japan
Digital Joint Sales Business Association is seeking qualified and hardworking Plastic Molding Workers under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) to work in Japan. The successful candidates will assist in the operation of plastic molding machinery, preparation of materials, inspection of molded products, and basic production activities while following quality, safety, and workplace procedures.
PLASTIC MOLDING (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Male, 20–28 years old.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience.
- Physically and emotionally healthy and capable of performing manufacturing and production work.
- Basic knowledge of plastic molding, manufacturing, machine operation, or production work is an advantage.
- Able to follow machine operating instructions, production procedures, and safety rules.
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Willing to learn Japanese plastic molding techniques and manufacturing practices.
- Willing to undergo four (4) months of Japanese language training, free of charge.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with plastic molding machines and related production equipment.
- Prepare plastic materials and raw materials for the molding process.
- Load and feed materials into molding machines according to established procedures.
- Set up and monitor molding equipment under the direction of supervisors or skilled workers.
- Check machine operating conditions, temperatures, pressure, and other production parameters.
- Remove molded plastic products from machines and handle them properly.
- Inspect finished plastic products for defects, irregularities, damage, or improper molding.
- Perform trimming, cutting, deburring, and other basic finishing work on molded products.
- Measure and check products to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Separate defective products and report quality issues to supervisors.
- Assist with changing molds, tools, and production materials as instructed.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of plastic molding equipment.
- Keep machines, tools, workstations, and production areas clean and organized.
- Handle plastic materials and finished products safely to prevent damage or contamination.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production records and report unusual machine or product conditions.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proper machine operating practices.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production workers.
- Follow Japanese workplace rules, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other plastic molding and production-related duties as assigned.
