Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related experience as a Plasterer.
• 40 years old and below.
• Experience in interior and exterior plastering works.
• Skilled in applying plaster, cement render, stucco, and finishing materials.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and mix plastering materials according to specifications.
• Knowledge of plastering techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and working at heights when required.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and construction site procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for plastering by cleaning, leveling, and repairing defects.
• Mix plaster, cement, and other materials to the required consistency.
• Apply plaster, render, stucco, and finishing coats to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools and finishing equipment.
• Repair cracks, holes, and damaged plastered areas.
• Install decorative plaster features and finishes when required.
• Ensure surfaces meet quality, design, and project specifications.
• Maintain plastering tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow safety regulations and construction site procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction trades to ensure project progress.
• Inspect completed work and perform touch-ups as necessary.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within project deadlines.
