Arabian Industrial Technical Services is seeking an experienced Pipe Fabricator to perform pipe fabrication, fitting, and assembly work for industrial projects, particularly in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. The successful candidate should have strong hands-on experience in pipe fabrication and be able to work safely and accurately according to approved industry standards and procedures.

Candidates with strong experience in pipe cutting, beveling, fit-up, alignment, fabrication, and preparation for welding are encouraged to apply.

Pipe Fabricator

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Pipe Fabricator.
• Must have relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in pipe fabrication and pipe fit-up.
• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings and isometric drawings.
• Knowledge of pipe cutting, beveling, fitting, alignment, and assembly.
• Familiarity with industrial piping materials, fittings, flanges, and related components.
• Ability to work accurately according to technical specifications and project requirements.
• Knowledge of welding preparation and welding processes such as GTAW and SMAW is an advantage.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow industry standards and procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble pipes, fittings, flanges, and related components according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, bevel, and prepare pipes for fabrication and installation.
• Perform pipe fit-up and ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and orientation.
• Prepare pipe joints and components for welding.
• Work closely with welders to ensure proper fit-up and welding preparation.
• Inspect fabricated pipe assemblies for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment, and pipe fabrication machinery safely.
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of pipe components as required.
• Ensure fabricated piping meets project specifications and applicable industry standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, welders, inspectors, and other site personnel.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other pipe fabrication duties as assigned by supervisors.
