ENOC RETAIL LLC (Autopro) / Emirates National Oil Company is seeking qualified applicants for a Petrol Filler (Gasoline Boy) position in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will assist customers at fuel stations, provide efficient customer service, and perform daily petrol station duties while following workplace safety and service standards.

PETROL FILLER (Gasoline Boy)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
  • Experience in the retail or store sales industry is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates and applicants with no previous experience may be considered, provided they are physically fit to work and can communicate in English.
  • At least high school graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English or Arabic.
  • Good customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor and standing duties.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and company instructions.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service to motorists and station customers.
  • Assist customers with fueling vehicles according to station procedures.
  • Confirm the customer’s requested fuel type before dispensing fuel.
  • Operate fuel pumps and related station equipment safely and correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order around the fueling area.
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries and service requests.
  • Follow proper procedures when handling fuel and operating station equipment.
  • Monitor the fueling area and report spills, equipment problems, or safety hazards immediately.
  • Assist with daily retail and store sales activities when required.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Follow company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Work effectively with other petrol station and retail staff.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
