UAB RONELDA is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Paper Cup Forming Machine Operators for deployment to Lithuania. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring paper cup forming machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production processes in a manufacturing environment.

Paper Cup Forming Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in machine operation or manufacturing production.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic are necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical documents, and production specifications.
• Experience in machine monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality inspection is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality standards.
• Ability to inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and finish specifications.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a production or factory environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and production guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate paper cup forming machines according to production requirements and company standards.
• Read and interpret work instructions, production schedules, and technical documentation to determine operational procedures and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and identify any mechanical issues or abnormalities during production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality, dimensional, and finish specifications.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to ensure machines remain in proper working condition.
• Report machine malfunctions, defects, or production concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and machine equipment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, operational guidelines, and quality control standards at all times.
• Assist with production and packing activities when necessary.
