Sharbatly Fruit is seeking a skilled Packing Line Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packing line machinery within the production and distribution facilities. The role ensures smooth operations, minimal downtime, and optimal efficiency to maintain the quality and timely delivery of products.

PACKING LINE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Packing Line Technician, preferably in food processing or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain automated packing machinery.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packing line equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packing line machinery.
• Inspect equipment for wear, malfunctions, and proper functioning.
• Assist in installing, adjusting, and upgrading packing machinery as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and preventive maintenance schedules.
