Al Qahtani PCK Pipe Company is seeking experienced Overhead Crane Operators to safely and efficiently operate overhead cranes in its pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling materials, supporting production operations, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards and lifting procedures.

OVERHEAD CRANE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Overhead Crane Operator.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Experience in the pipe manufacturing industry is required.
• Must possess a valid Overhead Crane Operator Certification or License (where applicable).
• Proficient in overhead crane operation with a strong understanding of safe lifting practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with riggers, signalmen, and production personnel.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently to move materials, equipment, and finished products.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any defects or equipment issues immediately.
• Lift, transport, load, unload, and position steel plates, pipes, and other materials according to production requirements.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and production personnel during lifting operations.
• Ensure all lifting activities are performed within the crane’s rated lifting capacity.
• Follow approved lifting procedures, safety regulations, and company HSE policies at all times.
• Stop crane operations immediately whenever unsafe conditions are identified.
• Maintain accurate daily operational, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the crane cabin, control station, and surrounding work area.
