Miviko High Tech Copper Cables is hiring Machine Operators for deployment to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The role involves operating and monitoring upcast copper casting line machinery used in the production of copper rods for electrical cable manufacturing, ensuring continuous production, quality control, and safe operation of equipment.

Operator of Upcast Copper Casting Line (Machine Operator)

Qualifications:

  • Male, 25 to 40 years of age.
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in copper casting, metal processing, or related manufacturing industry.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Physically and medically fit.
  • Experience in machine operation or industrial production environment is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of metal casting, furnace operation, or copper processing is preferred.
  • Ability to follow strict production and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and in a hot industrial environment.
  • Team player with good discipline and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor the upcast copper casting line to produce copper rods.
  • Control furnace and casting parameters according to production requirements.
  • Ensure continuous and stable production process with minimal downtime.
  • Inspect copper rods for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain proper temperature, cooling, and casting conditions.
  • Record production data and output reports accurately.
  • Follow all safety and environmental regulations in metal casting operations.
  • Assist in cleaning and basic maintenance of casting equipment.
  • Handle raw materials and finished copper products safely.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the casting area at all times.
