NURSING AIDE

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery.
• Minimum of 2 years Nursing Assistant experience in a hospital in-patient setting.
• Age below 40 years old.
• Height of at least 5’1” with BMI not exceeding 25.
• Physically fit and able to assist elderly and sick patients.
• Must be willing to work on public holidays, night shifts, and rest days as scheduled.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Must be flexible, hardworking, patient, kind, and caring.
• Must be a non-smoker and non-drinker.
• Must not have motion sickness.
• Must not have Tuberculosis (TB), cancer, or other serious diseases.
• Must not have visible tattoos (e.g., on hands).

Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs and assist in administering medications under supervision.
• Support patients with mobility and physical activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the care environment.
• Perform routine nursing aide duties under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties related to patient care and well-being.

Requirements:

• Vocational/ Training certificates
• Valid passport of atleast 1 year
