Absolute International Staffing, Inc. is seeking qualified and dedicated Nurses for an overseas work opportunity in the United States of America. The successful candidates will provide professional nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility, with responsibilities focused on patient safety, health monitoring, treatment support, and quality nursing care. Applicants must have a valid PRC license, meet the required English language qualification, and have passed the NCLEX.

NURSE

Qualifications:

  • Valid PRC License.
  • Must have passed the NCLEX.
  • Must have passed IELTS or OET, as required.
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
  • Willing to work in a long-term care facility.
  • Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, responsible, and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
  • Able to work effectively with healthcare professionals and care teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality nursing care to patients and residents in a long-term care facility.
  • Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and report significant changes.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician’s orders and facility policies.
  • Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and other healthcare needs.
  • Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and maintain respectful communication with patients and their families.
  • Follow infection-control procedures and healthcare safety standards.
  • Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate nursing documentation.
  • Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in health education and support programs when required.
  • Comply with facility policies, professional nursing standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
