STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants only.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Staff Nurse.
  • Strong patient assessment and clinical nursing skills.
  • Experience providing direct patient care in hospital, clinic, or healthcare settings.
  • Ability to assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care by assessing patients, monitoring their condition, and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and accurately document observations and nursing interventions.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards.
  • Assist doctors during examinations, medical procedures, and other clinical interventions.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs, recognize changes in condition, and promptly report concerns to the attending physician.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and health management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation of nursing care.
  • Follow infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment.
