TKE ALAT Field Operations Company is seeking a skilled and experienced New Installation Elevator Supervisor to manage on-site elevator installation projects. The successful candidate will oversee technical inspections, installation alignment, electrical and mechanical checks, and team supervision to ensure high-quality and safe elevator installations.

NEW INSTALLATION ELEVATOR SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in elevator installation or supervision
  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical layout drawings
  • Proven leadership skills in supervising technicians and adjusters
  • Excellent time management, self-organization, planning, and scheduling abilities
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality procedures in elevator installation

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect car hoistways and mechanical installations for alignment, clearance, and proper installation
  • Test power consumption, line voltage, and motor-generator sets under no-load and full-load conditions to detect overloads using tachometer, voltmeter, and ammeter
  • Adjust counterweights and regulate controls to compensate for power overloads
  • Ensure strict adherence to company safety and compliance standards
  • Identify and resolve risks that could cause idle manpower due to lack of worksite preparation
  • Provide technical support to customers on-site during installation
  • Record and file plumb charts, ITPs, third-party certificates, product certificates, site notes, progress cards, and EN81 check reports
  • Follow company quality procedures, ensure stage-wise installation checks, and maintain detailed records
  • Clear service and client snags before project handover
  • Complete and distribute internal installation protocols
  • Supervise and guide technicians and adjusters on site
  • Plan, schedule, and organize installation activities efficiently
