MOULDING TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience as a moulding technician.
• Experience in plastic pipe fittings (PVC, PPR, HDPE, etc.) production preferred.
• Good knowledge of injection-molding production troubleshooting.
• Experience in machine setup, parameter adjustment, and resolving plastic defects.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic injection-molding machines, including setup, monitoring, and production operation.
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, materials, or production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; keep tools and equipment organized.
• Ensure mold setup, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are properly maintained.
• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions to address defects.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and maintain safety standards.
