METAL/SPRAY PAINTER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male, 20–35 years old.
• High school graduate or higher.
• JFT-Basic A2 level passer.
• Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training (free of charge).
• Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Apply spray paint coatings on metal components according to specifications.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in technical and Japanese language training programs as part of TITP.

• Program Category: Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)
• Language Training: 4 Months (Free of Charge)
• ¥ 134,037 SALARY
