MEP Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants.
  • 25–39 years old.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an MEP Engineer or in a related engineering/construction role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems used in building and construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, MEP plans, and technical specifications.
  • Good coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other project personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities on construction projects.
  • Review MEP drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents to ensure proper implementation.
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works with civil, architectural, and other project activities.
  • Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to approved plans, schedules, and quality requirements.
  • Inspect MEP installations and identify technical issues, defects, or deviations from approved designs.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, contractors, and other departments to resolve technical and construction-related concerns.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining MEP work schedules and deadlines.
  • Ensure that MEP works comply with applicable safety procedures, construction standards, and project specifications.
  • Review material submittals, technical documents, and installation requirements as needed.
  • Assist with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of completed MEP systems.
  • Prepare or review progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
